FAQ’s

  • We are an Austin Texas Family Owned and Operated Company since 1969.
  • We are serving the Austin Area with high quality Medical Equipment and Supplies.
  • Once the order has been placed you will received a processing email and when the order is out for delivery you will receive a second email about the pending delivery.
  • Orders placed by 2:00 Pm Central Standard Time will be processed for delivery the next business day between 10:00 Am and 4:00 Pm.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply based upon the item rented or purchase and/or the delivery address.
  • Some items will not be returnable based on the item being considered a hygiene item and noted on the product details.
  • Returns must approved and receive an authorization number issued by customer service.
  • Delivery charges will be subtracted from the refund amount.
  • Deposits will be credited upon return of the rental equipment
  • Damaged ,Lost or missing items on from the equipment will be charged against the deposit.
